Free accounts generate up to 200 barcodes or QR codes per day and are limited to personal, non-commercial use. Membership removes the per-batch limit, makes barcode and QR decoding unlimited, and adds a personal or business commercial license.
2. Can I get an invoice after purchasing?
newBarcodes can issue an electronic invoice for orders placed within the last 60 days. Contact support with your order number and billing name, and the invoice is issued within 10 business days.
3. Are future updates free?
newBarcodes provides free updates for life, and both new and existing users get the same membership benefits.
4. Can I get a refund?
Membership is a digital product, so refunds are not available except in the case of a fault. Thank you for understanding.
5. How many devices can I use at the same time?
A single membership is limited to one device signed in at a time. Sharing a non-team account may result in suspension.
6. I need to use several devices at once.
Buy the Team plan: one account can be signed in on multiple devices at the same time, with seats available for 2 to 100 people.
7. Which export formats are supported?
